Citation and commencement S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022.

(2) These Regulations (other than Part 3) come into force on 1 June 2022.

(3) Part 3 comes into force on [F1 1 February 2023].
