6.—(1) For regulation 3A (application of this part) of the Education (Fees and Awards) (Scotland) Regulations 2007(1) substitute—
“This Part does not apply to—
(a)a student who has a relevant connection with Scotland within the meaning of regulation 3 (relevant connection with Scotland), or
(b)an excepted student within the meaning of schedule 1,
of the Education (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2022.”.
(2) The Education (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(2) are revoked.
