12.—(1) The fees provided for by this Order do not apply to—
(a)any application under—
(i)section 129 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974(1) (time orders),
(ii)the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003(2), or
(iii)any enactment relating to registration of births, marriages or civil partnerships, or
(b)any application or appeal under the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011(3).
(2) Except in relation to the fee specified in paragraph 34 of the Table of Fees in Part 1 of schedule 1, 2 or 3, the fees otherwise payable by a debtor or creditor in terms of this Order do not apply to any proceedings under the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987(4) or the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002(5).
