The Personal Independence Payment (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 201311 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

Paragraphs (3), (3ZA), (3A), (4), (4A), (5), (5A), (5B) and (6) of regulation 3 (invitations to persons entitled to disability living allowance to claim personal independence payment) are omitted.

Regulation 20(5) (notifications of change of circumstances) is omitted.
