(a)in paragraph (1)(c), for “21 months after the day after IP completion day” substitute “31 December 2023”,
(b)in paragraph (2)(c), for “21 months after the day after IP completion day” substitute “31 December 2023”.
S.S.I. 2016/422 as amended by S.S.I. 2019/285. S.S.I. 2019/285 came into force on IP completion day by virtue of paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 and was amended before it came into force by S.S.I. 2020/ 372.
