Amendment of the Country of Origin of Certain Meats (Scotland) Regulations 2016

14.  In regulation 8 (transitional provision: withdrawal from the EU) of the Country of Origin of Certain Meats (Scotland) Regulations 2016(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “30 September 2022” substitute “31 December 2023”,

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “this regulation comes into force” substitute “30 September 2022”.

S.S.I. 2016/84 as amended by S.S.I. 2019/33 and 2021/66. S.S.I. 2021/66 was amended by S.S.I. 2021/109 in order to substitute references to “15 April 2021” to “27 May 2021”.
