1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Scotland (Transfer of Functions) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 10 November 2022.
(2) In these Regulations, “Citizens Advice Scotland” means the Scottish Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux(1).
(3) Any modification made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision modified.
