In section 316 (transfer to certain bodies of functions of Waterwatch Scotland)—
(a)
in subsection (4), for “Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “Consumer Scotland”
,
(b)
in subsection (5), for “Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “Consumer Scotland”
, and
(c)
omit subsection (8).
