Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Planning (Scotland) Act 20191.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 10) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 23 December 2022.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019.
Appointed day2

Subject to paragraph 2, the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of section 13(1), (4) and (5) of the Act is 23 December 2022.

Section 13(1) of the Act is commenced only for the purposes of the commencement of section 13(4) and (5) of the Act.
