PART 3 Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations 2012

General amendment

28.  In paragraph 8 of schedule 1 (applicable amount: enhanced disability premium)—

(a) in head (c)(1) of sub-paragraph (1), omit from “, or would be payable” to “2021,”,

(b) omit sub-paragraphs (3) and (4)(2).
