Subject to paragraph (2), the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of section 14(1) and (4) (local place plans) of the Act, in so far as not already in force, is 20 May 2023.

Section 14(1) of the Act is commenced only for the purposes of the commencement of section 14(4) of the Act.
