Amendment of the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Appeal Court) 2015

4.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Appeal Court 2015)(1) as revoked and saved by the 2019 Rules, is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In the provisions of schedule 1 (detailed fees) mentioned in column 1 of Part 1 of schedule 3 of this Act of Sederunt, for the amounts specified in column 2, substitute the amounts specified in column 3.

(3) In the provisions of schedule 2 (inclusive fees) mentioned in column 1 of Part 2 of schedule 3 of this Act of Sederunt, for the amounts specified in column 2, substitute the amounts specified in column 3.

S.S.I. 2015/387 was revoked by S.S.I. 2019/74 but saved so far as it applies to civil proceedings set out in paragraph 7 of that revoking instrument. Schedules 1 and 2 were last amended by S.S.I. 2018/186.
