6.  In regulation 3(2) (scheme articles and scheme packaging) in the definition of “scheme article”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(aa), for “50” substitute “100”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “16 August 2023” substitute “1 March 2024”,

(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”,

(d) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), insert—

““, and

(d) is not a low volume drink product”.
