6. In regulation 3(2) (scheme articles and scheme packaging) in the definition of “scheme article”—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(aa), for “50” substitute “100”,
(b)in sub-paragraph (b), for “16 August 2023” substitute “1 March 2024”,
(c)at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”,
(d)at the end of sub-paragraph (c), insert—
““, and
(d)is not a low volume drink product”.
