2.—(1) The Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 7(1) (expiry of Part 1) for “30 September 2023”(1) substitute “31 March 2024”.
The expiry date of 30 September 2023 was inserted by regulation 2(2) of the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Amendment of Expiry Dates and Rent Cap Modification) Regulations 2023 (S.S.I. 2023/82).
