2.—(1) Chapter 2 of schedule 6 (table of fees chargeable by solicitors for defended proceedings in the sheriff court (except where otherwise specified) and in the Sheriff Appeal Court) of the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the table of fees, in the fee narrative in paragraph 2A(a)(iii) (progress fees (Family and Civil Partnership Actions)), for “10” substitute “11”.
S.I. 1989/1490. Relevant amending instruments are S.S.I. 2003/178, S.S.I. 2015/380 and S.S.I. 2023/178. The amendments made by S.S.I. 2023/178 come into force on 21st September 2023.
