5.  In regulation 5 (obligations relating to charging deposits and marketing, offering for sale or selling articles)—

(a) in paragraph (3)(1), for “1 March 2024” substitute “1 October 2025”,

(b) in paragraph (3A)(2), for “1 March 2024” substitute “1 October 2025”.
