Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50, and paragraphs 1(1) and 2(2) of schedule 4, of the Environment Act 20211 (“the Act”) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
The Scottish Ministers have consulted in accordance with paragraph 8(1) of schedule 4 of the Act and are satisfied as to the matters specified in paragraph 9(1) of that schedule.
