This Order may be cited as the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2023.

This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

The International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Order 20093 is amended as follows.

After schedule 1 (International Mobile Satellite Organisation), insert schedule 1A (International Atomic Energy Agency) set out in the schedule of this Order.
