Amendment of the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022

22.  The Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 are amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 4(e) for “89304” substitute “89034”.

(b) in schedule 2, in paragraph 4(2) for “EURL-VL-0417VP”, substitute “EURL-VL-04/17VP”.

(c) in schedule 3, in paragraph 4(2) for “EURL-VL-0417VP” substitute “EURL-VL-03/12VP”.

(d) in schedule 4, in paragraph 4(2) for “EURL-VL-0417VP” substitute “EURL-VL-03/12VP”.

(e) in schedule 7, in paragraph 4(2) for “EURL-VL-0417VP” substitute “EURL-VL-03/12VP”.
