Exclusion of charities from data collection and data reporting obligations
13. These Regulations do not apply to a charity, and for these purposes, “charity” includes any body entered in the Scottish Charity Register kept under section 3 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005(1).
