In regulation 6 (person eligible to apply for a grant) of the Home Energy Assistance Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 201319 after paragraph (9)(c) insert—

pension age disability payment given in accordance with the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 202420,”.
