Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976

2.  In regulation 9(2)(b) (conditions relating to residence and presence in Great Britain) of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976(1)—

(a) at the end of head (v), omit “or”,

(b) at the end of head (vi), insert—

“or,

(vii) pension age disability payment in accordance with the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024(2)”.
