6.—(1) During the transitional period, section 10Z9(1)(a)(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 does not have effect in relation to a person who is a registered pharmacist or a registered pharmacy technician providing services from an independent clinic.
(2) For this purposes of this article, the “transitional period” is the period—
(a)beginning on 19 June 2024, and
(b)ending on 18 June 2025.
