Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10G and 105(7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 10G of that Act, they have consulted with such persons or groups of persons as they consider appropriate.

In accordance with section 105(3)2 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
