The High Court of Justiciary makes this Act of Adjournal under the powers conferred by section 305(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19951 and section 44(2)(b) and (c) of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 20242 and all other powers enabling it to do so.
