Amendment of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010
2. In schedule 8 (information on exercise of public functions: listed public bodies) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010(1), after the entry relating to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, insert “Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator”.
