Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 14) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 5 December 2024.
(2)
In these Regulations “the Act” means the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019.
