Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1)(b) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 20011, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 56(2) of that Act, they have consulted with such persons, or groups of persons, as they consider appropriate.
