[F141]EThe term of office of elected members of the House of Laity [F2, of the members elected or chosen under rule 35(1)(d) above] and of members chosen by the lay members of religious communities shall be for the lifetime of the General Synod for which they are elected or chosen, but without prejudice to their acting under Article 3(4) of the Constitution during the period of the dissolution of the General Synod F3. . .
