Section A: Annual parochial church meeting

Any person who is entitled to attend the annual meeting may ask a question about parochial church matters or bring about a discussion of any matter of parochial or general church interest—
a
by moving a general resolution, or
b
by moving to make a particular recommendation to the council in relation to its duties.

The annual meeting—
a
may adjourn;
b
may determine its own rules of procedure.

The secretary of the PCC, or such other person as the meeting may appoint instead, acts as the clerk of the annual meeting and must record the minutes.
