SCHEDULE 2 E Appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council

3 E [F1 If the Registrar of the Privy Council is satisfied that a notice has been given by a person who has duly made representations with respect to the scheme in question he shall so notify the applicant and the Commissioners.] If he is not so satisfied he shall inform the applicant and the Commissioners that the applicant is not entitled to proceed with his application.
