10 Transmission of copies of Order in Council or order. E

(1) The Commissioners shall send a copy of every [F1 scheme made by them under this Part] and of every order made by the bishop under section [F2 8(4)] to the interested parties, and, in the case of a scheme containing a declaration of redundancy, to the Advisory Board.

(2) The Commissioners shall also send a copy of every such [F3 scheme] or order to the registrar of the diocese concerned, who shall file it in the diocesan registry.
