In section 6 (jurisdiction of the consistory court) in subsection (1) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(bb)

proceedings for an injunction or restoration order under section 13 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991;”.
