The provisions of Schedule 4 shall have effect for the purpose of conferring rights to compensation on incumbents of benefices, F1vicars in team ministries and archdeaconswhose benefices or offices are dissolved, abolished, vacated or resigned in the circumstances specified in that Schedule, and of determining claims to such compensation, and for other matters relating thereto.

Subsection (1) (and Schedule 4) shall have effect in relation to a deacon F2to whom section 34(2A) appliesas it has effect in relation to a vicar in a team ministry.
