General duty E

35 Duty to have regard to church's purpose [F1 and environmental protection] E

A person carrying out functions of care and conservation under this Measure, or under any other enactment or any rule of law relating to churches, must have due regard to [F2 —

(a)] the role of a church as a local centre of worship and mission [F3 , and

(b) the importance of environmental protection.]
