10In section 3 of the Sharing of Church Buildings Act 1969 (financial and management provisions), in subsection (3)—
(a)omit “the said Commissioners and”, and
(b)for “sections 13 and 14 of the New Parishes Measure 1943” substitute “sections 28 and 29 of the Church Property Measure 2018”.
