18 E The Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 is amended as follows.

19 (1) Paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 (ecclesiastical landlords) is amended as follows. E

(2) In sub-paragraph (2), for “the Endowments and Glebe Measure 1976” substitute “ Part 2 of the Church Property Measure 2018 ”.

(3) For sub-paragraph (5) substitute—

“(5) In this paragraph—

• “diocesan board of finance” has the same meaning as “DBF” in the Church Property Measure 2018;

• “diocesan glebe land” has the same meaning as in that Measure.”

20 E In Schedule 14 (landlord's right to terminate new lease on grounds of redevelopment), in paragraph 12, for sub-paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) In this paragraph—

• “diocesan glebe land” has the same meaning as in that Measure.”
