The Synodical Government Measure 1969 is amended as follows.

In section 4(4) (advisory and consultative functions of diocesan synod), for “rule 28” substitute “ the standing orders of the diocesan synod under Rule 44 ”.

In section 7(1) (Church Representation Rules), omit “, including the matters hitherto provided for by the Rules for the Representation of the Laity”.
