44 Alteration of rates of interest. E

Any rate of interest specified in any provision of this Measure, [F1 or of regulations made under section 6 of the Clergy Pensions (Amendment) Measure 1972], may be altered by the Commissioners after consultation with the Board to such other rate as the Commissioners with the advice of an actuary and the approval of the Church Assembly given by resolution may from time to time determine.
