PART II SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND PENSIONS

Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance

12.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a), for the sum of £49.50 there shall be substituted the sum of £51.30;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b), for the sum of £33.10 there shall be substituted the sum of £34.30;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c), for the sum of £13.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £13.60;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of £34.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £35.85; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £13.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £13.60.
