SCHEDULE 2SCHEDULE 4 TO THE FAMILY CREDIT REGULATIONS AS AMENDED BY THIS ORDER
“SCHEDULE 4DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM FAMILY CREDIT: ADULT, CHILD AND YOUNG PERSON CREDITS

1A. (1) In the case of an adult or adults to whom regulation 46(1)(aa) applies. | £10.80. |
2. (2) Person in respect of the period— (a)beginning on that person’s date of birth and ending on the day preceding the first Tuesday in September following that person’s eleventh birthday; | (a)£12.35; |
(b)beginning on the first Tuesday in September following that person’s eleventh birthday and ending on the day preceding the first Tuesday in September following that person’s sixteenth birthday. | (b)£20.45. |
3. Person in respect of the period beginning on the first Tuesday in September following that person’s sixteenth birthday and ending on the day preceding that person’s nineteenth birthday. | £25.40.(3)” |
