Amendment
2. Article 16 of the Broadcasting (Restrictions on the Holding of Licences) Order 1991(1), shall be amended as follows:–
(1) for sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) there shall be substituted:–
“(a)in the case of the Commission, licences to provide a Channel 3 service and a Channel 5 licence; and”;
(2) paragraphs (3), (4), and (5) shall be omitted.

S.I. 1991/1176; Part II of Schedule 11 to the Broadcasting Act 1996 revoked Article 2 and Parts II, III and IV of the Broadcasting (Restrictions on the Holding of Licences) Order 1991, and the Broadcasting (Restrictions on the Holding of Licences) (Amendment) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/3199) and the Broadcasting (Restrictions on the Holding of Licences) (Amendment) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/1924) which amended that Order.
