Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 19901;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Part V of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 and all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
