21. In Schedule 15 to the Water Industry Act 1991 (disclosure of information)(1) in Part II (enactments etc in respect of which disclosure may be made) immediately after the entry relating to “The Competition Act 1998” there shall be inserted the following entry—
“Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
