PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

This Order continues in force for a further period of twelve months the provisions of Part VII of the Terrorism Act 2000 (which extend to Northern Ireland only) with the exception of the following provisions:section 100, which has not been brought into force;section 76, which ceased to have effect by virtue of The Terrorism Act 2000 (Cessation of Effect of Section 76) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2141);section 97(1) and (2), which shall cease to have effect on 19th February 2003;paragraph 36 of Schedule 4, which shall cease to have effect on 19th February 2003;paragraphs 19 to 21 of Schedule 5, which shall cease to have effect on 19th February 2003.
