Registered Social Landlords
4.—(1) Section 8(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 shall apply in relation to relevant documents held or controlled by a body that is or was a registered social landlord.
(2) In paragraph (1) “registered social landlord” means a body in England that is registered as a social landlord in a register maintained under section 1(1) of the Housing Act 1996(1) and “relevant documents” means documents that relate to the functions carried out by the registered social landlord.
