4. A reference to a loan instrument in–
(a)regulation 2 of the Local Authorities (Capital Finance) Regulations 1997(1);
(b)the Local Authorities (Capital Finance)(Approved Investments) Regulations 1990(2),
includes a reference to uncertificated units of a dematerialised loan instrument.
