Establishment of the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation
3.—(1) For the purposes of regenerating the area designated by article 2(1) there is hereby established an urban development corporation named “West Northamptonshire Development Corporation”.
(2) The corporation established by paragraph (1) shall consist of eleven members in addition to the chairman and deputy chairman.
