after “Rules of court” insert “made under section 84”, and

for “or the criminal division of the Court of Appeal” substitute “(except so far as relating to criminal causes or matters)”.

In subsection (4), for “Criminal Appeal Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.

for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Rules of court made under section 84”, and
